Q: What kind of Technical Support is available if my product is no longer covered under warranty?
A: Please call Juni¡¯s Technical Support line to determine the nature of the problem and receive an estimate for the support needed to resolve
the problem. Juni is dedicated to providing the finest long-term support to our valued customers.
Q: There was a major wind storm that caused a tree branch to break off, hit the antenna and move it from it¡¯s original positioning. I no longer
get good reception/coverage. What do I do?
A: Please call Juni¡¯s Technical Support line so that we can send a certified technician to your home to reset the antenna positioning.
Q: Out of curiosity I thought I would adjust the antenna position myself to see if I could get better reception/coverage. Now I get worse/no coverage.
What do I do? Can I get someone to come fix it?
A: Juni makes every effort to ensure that the antenna is set to the best possible setting when installed. Any adjustments made by non-certified
technicians voids that portion of the warranty. Juni would be happy to send a certified technician to re-set the position of the antenna, at your cost.
